Full Stack Developer
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to expand and maintain software systems that help improve business efficiency and the ability of employees to complete their jobs accurately and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience with PHP, MySQL, Javascript, CSS, and HTML. Responsibilities will include planning, designing and implementing additional functionality in our already existing infrastructure as well as new applications. You will be encouraged to develop new ideas that can help to streamline our software and processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the conception and feature planning of new software as well as the extension of existing software.
- Design and implement new user-facing features for existing web applications
- Build and maintain the libraries and frameworks to support complex web applications
- Create fast, easy to use, and robust client side code for web applications.
- Optimize web applications to maximize reliability and speed.
- Work closely with UX designers to implement versatile web applications.
- Define product scopes and build product roadmaps that meet go-live goals.
Qualifications:
- Expert level knowledge of PHP
- Expert level knowledge of MySQL database design and query building.
- Knowledge of Javascript as it relates to user interface design. Familiarity with JQuer y, MooTools, or similar JS frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience working with version control systems such as Git or SVN, preferably Git
- Experience working with SCUM or similar methodologies
