Scrum Master
As a Scrum Master, you will coach and guide teams to deliver strategic Data Products enabling an environment and team culture of trust, empathy, agility, and high standards.
You will use your knowledge of people skills, agile methodology and frameworks, coaching, partnering, and influencing to ensure that data products are delivered in a timely, productive, and collaborative manner as well as be accountable for agile maturity through the measurement of key team performance indicators.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage each project’s scope and timeline Possessing expert level knowledge of agile practices; Coach team members to be successful using the appropriate frameworks and principles for the job Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Work in tandem with product ownership and management on product direction, backlogs, new requests, and reporting out on key metrics such as burnups, burndowns, velocity, and capacity Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur with a high level of urgency Help teams implement changes effectively Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity Lead key ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, stand-ups, etc.

Experience:
- Scrum: 6 years (Preferred)
